4. Product Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for defects arising from normal use. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@balbec.com within 5 days of discovering the defect. After we review your claim, you will be provided return instructions. You will be responsible for initial return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Not all defects qualify for warranty coverage; each claim is evaluated case-by-case.
5. Orders, Returns & Shipping
Order processing, shipping times, returns and refunds are governed by our separate policies:
