Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 45 days. If more than 45 days have passed since your delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier), unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
How to Request a Return
To complete a return, within 45 days of delivery you must:
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Email us at info@balbec.com to notify us of your request.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery
Partial refunds are not automatic and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Incorrect orders do not qualify for refunds. The correct item will be reshipped free of charge upon receipt of the incorrect one. Refunds are only issued for defective products.

Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing time can vary.

Promotional Purchases
Items purchased during special promotions (such as Black Friday, Anniversary sales, Christmas, or New Year events) are not refundable. Only items purchased outside promotional campaigns are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an error occurred in processing your order. To request an exchange, please:
- Take a photo or video of the defective/damaged item.
- Email it to info@balbec.com along with your claim.
We will contact you with the next steps to resolve the situation.
Shipping Returns
Before returning any product, contact us first at info@balbec.com. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for lost returns.
